I met Neha and Henry through Neha’s roommate, whose wedding we had photographed and videoed. After meeting via Zoom, I felt an instant connection with the two of them! When Neha told me her ideas for her destination wedding, I have to say, I was more than excited about it! An island wedding full of color, fun, and celebration! How could there be anything better!
We got to meet in person for their engagement session downtown Ann Arbor, where the two of them had met. They exuded joy and their connection was impeccable! I knew their wedding was going to be one to remember! As I edited their photos and Ryan edited their video, we could not help but smile at all the joy that was shared that weekend. There was so much support and adoration for their relationship evidenced by the guests that traveled from all over the world to be there for this weekend long celebration and the heart felt words in the toasts.
The weekend began with the brunch and Pithi ceremony. This was a fun gathering of friends and family with the chance to paint the bride and groom. The paint was yellow like a sign of Spring to symbolize new beginnings of new life.
Later on that evening both Henry and Neha were dressed in their Indian garments and let me tell you, they looked STUNNING! Check out the golden hour photos we captured before the Sangeet!
That evening, they celebrated with dance at the Sangeet. It was amazing to watch all of their friends and family perform these choreographed dances as a gift to Neha and Henry!
The next morning, Henry and Neha prepared for their beautiful seaside ceremony.
